Forum Search Engine not working properly?

I was noticing a lack of postings to various searches I was doing... but, turns out, there were things which should have popped up.

Did a little investigation and it looks like phrases aren't identified as such... supposed to be separated by spaces, with multiple words / phrases separated by commas...·

When changing from "all" to "any" of the keywords , phrases, all the elements of a phrase are separated out so a post with any word in the phrase comes up.
