yet another pink question. (problem solved)

ok so I know I'm a total noob, I know, but I've tried to get my PINK to work and can't. I don't know if I'm dealing with a damaged pink (self inflicted, not defective) or if it's in the serout command.

I'm trying to connect using a BS2sx. I can access the PINK in a web browser and the IP set up. works great. when I try any of the demo programs the bs2sx won't read anything from the stamp. I'm pretty sure that I just need to convert the baudmode to the for the faster speed of the SX but. that part of the manual is greek to me. anyone have any solutions?

You need to have the correct Baud mode value. It won't work if the value is wrong. There is a table in the PBasic manual in the section on the SERIN and SEROUT statements that gives the values for the various Stamp models. For 2400 Baud and the BS2sx, the proper value is 1021.

Thanks Mike I got it figured out. I think I need to throw out my old BS2 stamp manual it doesn't help me much seeing that I only have bs2sx's.

240 was the right number in my case
