CPU.nap( ) and it never wakes up

I just tried CPU.nap(0) and CPU.nap(1) and in both cases the Javelin never wakes up. In fact the IDE can't find it until I power down and back up. Is this a bug or do I misunderstand how it is supposed to work?

I am investigating the nap() issue.
Attached is a picture with listing and output of a program
that does wakeup after nap() (because the led is blinking on my demoboard), but it is not consistent.
Note that the message "Led should blink now" is not displayed.
After a reset, it may not wake up, sometimes it does.
