Anybody has a description of a serial bootloader for SX28 ?

Hi everyone,

I'm looking for a serial bootloader for an SX28.
Something like when the SX is powered on, it checks for a while the serial input to see if there is any activity meany there is some code to download.
If there is, it dowloads the code in the flash and runs it.
If there is no code to download then it just starts the already stored program from the usual address.

Thanks in advance for your help.

(I used the "search" button in the SX forum but didn't find anything about bootloaders).

The SX cannot program it's own flash memory. It requires a higher voltage than the SX runs at.

    Bean.

    I see !
    What a bad news !

I know the PIC 16F87X can so I thought the SX might too.

I'm used to the SX ASM syntax and I'm quite reluctent to switch to the PIC ASM...

Thanks for your answer anyway Bean.
