New invention

I have an idea for an invention that i need help with. I was all over the basic stamp groups a few years ago trying to get help, but i was unwilling to divulge my overall invention. I am now ready to share my idea and get it going. I have plenty of electronics experience but not down to the micro-controller level. the technical jargon supplied with, for example-a pressure sensor, was overwhelming, as was the math involved to design the circuit. The programming was also a giant step for me. i can build a electronics kit, etc.. but creating and implementing my own invention has been a challenge. I need your help and any will be appreciated.

If you can get to the specifics then I am sure you will get an abundance of helpful replies. If you want your invention to be kept a secret ask for one to one help but describe·what you need or expect whether its help with programming , hardware, interfacing etc. Post schematics and code. The more information the easier it is for everyone who can help.

what a coincidence, yesterday (Wednesday July 19) there was a article in a Dutch newspaper about Belgian professors who claimed they have an alternative for the cigaret.
They claim that there cigaret contains 0 - 30% of the nicotine but there is NO smoke which normally contains the tar and chemicals like benzene etc.
Micro-electronics are involved too ?!
There will be a press release in Brussels on Friday July 22, so tomorrow. I will keep an eye on the newspapers and keep all of you posted.
Would be a great invention!!
Hold your breath, Ed

scan the stock market and post it please.
If you truly have something you believe is patentable, do not divulge ANY details on the Internet or in any other open forum. (Interpret "forum" VERY liberally.)
The help you need can be obtained by hiring people that sign non-disclosure agreements provided by your attorney. These people that you may need to help may even help for free, but they MUST sign non-disclosure agreements.
Once you divulge sufficient information for a person skilled in the art to create your invention on their own, you have exactly one year in the United States to file a patent. If, in the meantime, the person mentioned previously files for a patent, you are very likey to be totally out of luck.
Been there. Done that. (But, it turned out well.)

You are what you write.
We understand that you might not want to disclose your idea so you might be able to break it down into smaller projects so that you get an understanding of how things work and then build the circuit for yourself.
What can we get you started own?
here an article in a Dutch newspaper about the so called "fake Cigaret"
for sale soon in some shops.
It consist of a plastic tube with capsules inside which contain nicotine.
Also·a battery and micro electronic inside.
It doesn't smoke or·smell and does not contain any tar.
The tip glows (!) but that is most likely a LED.
Taste·as the real thing they say.
Initial cost is 89 Euro but after the purchase of the "pipe"
the cost of smoking compares to smoking real cigarets.
Have a good day .. smoke-free of course.
