SD USB and one Prop Have anybody tried to control a AlphaTXp

Hi, i am making a board with a AlphaTXP insted of a FTDI USB Chip.
Reason:
USB to SD Massstorrage
USB to Prop UART
USB to I2C
LCD support
FAT support
IP support
MP3 (VS1002) support
3 analog ports
Build in Java engine for a nice bootloader for the prop from SD .
so a lot of nice things and the good thing is i save tons of code and Cog Power in the prop.
Bad thing:
bad shematics
not sure how to interface reset of the propeller since there is no DTR
Has any body expirience with that IC and if yes how can i do the thing with the DTR for reset the prop.
