"Sout" and "Sin" pins

Hello,
I am developing a project using a Javelin Stamp, but I already used all the pins (P0 to P15) and I still have to communicate serially with other device.
My question is: Are the "Sout" and "Sin" pins exclusive for programming and debugging? Or may I use them for the serial communication with this other device?
If so, How do I refer to them in my code?
If somebody can tell me I will·appreciate it
