Bad connection on demoboard audio jack

On my new demo board I only get the left audio channel, unless I lift up on the jack at which point the right channel comes in also. I think it is a bad connection in the jack.

Has anyone else had this problem?

    It sounds like your board has a bad solder joint. If you're adept at soldering, you can determine which one and repair it. Or you can call technical support on Monday and we can make arrangements to replace it.
