SCuM has been renamed SCCuM (a brash and shocking move, I know

Even though its posted in the Hydra forum (because that's where I hang out) it is applicable to SPIN code development on any Propeller platform. I apologize for the multi-group post, but I'm trying to keep my projects organized on the Hydra group even though this one is really platform independent.
