Probably this is not the right place, if not please forgive me.
There is any standarized specs for the servos specially the GWS .
Such things like Total angle rotation, angle per step?

    Not as far as I know. In my experience total angle rotation and angular resolution are not only different between manufacturers, but also different between servo models. Indeed, these can also vary slightly between servos of same model!

    You'll need to look at the detailed spec's of the servo(s) you want to use I think.

    You'll always have as many take-offs as landings, the trick is to be sure you can take-off again ;-)
