Need Suggestions on A/D converter

Hi Guys,

I am looking for an A/D converter for my analog sensors. I have an IMU with 3 rates and 3 accelerations analog outputs. How to read these data with Basic Stamp II ? Do I need a 8 channel multiplexer, ADC and 8 channel demultiplexer...or will i get everything in one chip? I never worked on ADC's before....so lil details would be appreciated.

Hello,

There are many multi-channel ADC chips. Two 8 channel chips are the MAX1270 and the ADC0838. The MAX1270 is one we carry at the link below. The ADC0838 is a lesser expensive 8-bit, 8-channel ADC. I hope this helps. Take care.
