I want to drive NMOS IRL620A MOSFET with J Stamp for PWM control of TE cooler. Will require about 3A max at 5V, thus separate power supply. PWM frequency about 1.1 kHz. Temp control via thermistor tables, values read using ADC VP. Has anybody done this?
