Crystal setup for Propeller...?

I am just stepping into the Propeller from the SX and have a couple of crystal questions.

1) What is the fastest Crystal that should go with the Propeller?
2) The Circuit diagram in the user manual only shows the Crystal being directly connected to XO and XI.· There are no external resistors or capacitors.· Should we use the recommended resistor and capacitor pair, or are these internal?...or should we use the resonator that parallax sells?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    To answer your second question Shaun, the circuitry nessesary to drive a crystal is all internal, so there is no need to add anything but the crystal.
