Is there a 'Roaming w/ PING' Doc. out there that doesn't assume that you have the mounting bracket? cause if there is, I couldn't find it. Thx again.

As far as I know there isn't. The PING is really not that useful for this type of navigation without the bracket. The Roaming program needs to sample the environment without moving the whole BOT, otherwise the readings may be off. If you have multiple PINGs, you could modify the program pretty easily to use those readings rather than moving the PING on a bracket for the several readings.

Are you talking about the "roaming with ping" bs2 program ? Have you looked here, http://www.parallax.com/dl/docs/prod/audiovis/Distance28015.pdf

You can also use the roaming with ping program and just modify it and extract the servo commands.
