Access Propeller Reg. via USB/232 port in order to control SPIN program

Dear Sir,
We are now using Propeller to control Stepping Motors.
Instead using IO to control motion action, we have to set serial protocal command via USB/FT232 port to write some parameters into Propeller.
For example, PC write destination position and GO command to Propeller reg.
This is pretty important for us to complete this motion control.
Please provide us the example AP source code for both PC side and Propeller side (SPIN).
