SX to USB

Is there any way to have the SX chip put information onto a computer over a USB port? I'm trying to make a tilt-controlled mouse that you can just plug into the USB port.

Is this doable?

Several people have done this with the AVR running at 12 MHz. Speed wise the SX is very capable, but software implementation on any processor is non-trivial at best. Try this instead.
