Servos: Digital vs. Analog

What is the difference between an an analog and a digital servo?· Do analog servos change speed/angle based on the voltage of the pulse and digital based on a series of on or off pulses?· I am using a basic stamp and BOE would either of these work?··What kind come with the·BOE-bot·kit?· I noticed a gigantic price difference especially on jameco electronis's·website.· Also, can almost any servo be modified for continualous rotation?

I found the answer. Basically, a digital servo updates the signal it sends to the motor ten times more frequently, so the servos have more torque and less size. They are programmed the same way.
