Attachments to PM?

Hello,

I was trying to send an attachement via a PM but
couldn't find the attachment manager while in the
PM editor.

Is that correct or did I make a mistake?

    You cannot post attachments to private messages. I would request an e-mail via PM and use that. Take care.

    I have on occasion when the information isn't "sensitive" posted an attachment in the Test Forum, then provide a link to it in a PM.
