PCB layout software

I downloaded the OEM Stamp Gerber files from the Parallax site. I can't find a program that will open them. I tried eagle and express PCB. can someone tell me what program will open them and allow me to print a PCB layout. I don't want to keep downloading foreign programs that doesn't work. I would like a free program if there is one.

I should say ....it is important to know what the specifics are for importing a gerber. There a quite a few variables. So you may have to fiddle with the import options to get the file to import correctly.
