I would like to connect my servo/s to my pc directly. How do I do this? Does anybody have any schematics. I know i can buy phidgets, i think thats what they are called, but i want to make one myself (just a simple one).

Please help.

Thanks.

Directly? Hmmm the easiest way I can think of is by using the Parallax servo controler, theres a serial version that could be connected to your serial port. Then you could control up to 32 servos (with 2 PSC's) via one serial port. As per building your own such device, can't help you there. :)

Bear in mind that to connect this device to the computer's serial port you need the circuit located on the following link.· The USB version is serial in control and offers the same functionality.· Take care.
