Hello parallax,
Got a fault window with the prop tool.· Had a few similar recently.
Occurred this time when I opened a file, then another,·edited the first and saved it.· it does appear to have saved the file.

If it still has this error after the obligatory reboot, and the "what else has changed" mantra giving you pause for thought, I would suggest un-installing/re-installing the prop tool and see where you stand from there.

<edit> be sure to back any files from prop tool folder you want to keep·before un/re-installing.
