Is there a Default output on the Parallax servo controller

When the unit is powered up, is there any output on any of the 16 pins or does it just stay low until the first command.
I ask this because in the ramping mode it needs to have a start position to ramp from I would think.

Think Inside the box first and if that doesn't work..
Re-arrange what's inside the box then...
Think outside the BOX!

The default mode when the PSC is powered up is that all channels are sending out a center pulse (1.5 mS). I hope this helps. Take care.
