How long to start a cog?

If I launch a new cog from assembly, how long does it take before the new cog executes its first instruction?

    It takes roughly 100us with an 80MHz system clock. The main delay is in copying 512 long words from the shared hub memory to the cog's memory which takes about 200ns per long word.
