I'm a starting to learn about Parallax products and i want to know what would be the best basic stamp for me to get for motion sensors and holding quite abit of memory and perfect for competetions

The BS2p series have extra commands that make them more convenient for interfacing with I2C and 1-Wire devices and small parallel LCD displays. There's even a BS2pe Motherboard (MoBoStamp-pe) that includes two AVR peripheral processors that can do simple tasks independently (www.parallax.com/detail.asp?product_id=28300).
