Drive seq. for 27964 stepper

Fellow Sxer's;
I am trying to make my sx28 drive the parallax stepper #27964. It seems to vibrate but not turn properly. I am using sequence 3,6,12,9 in my jump table. Could anyone confirm if this is correct?

    The table is correct; your wiring is probably off. Swap the outer leads and retest; if that doesn't work swap the inner leads and it should work then.
