· If you suddenly get the error: Javelin Stamp IDE.exe – Illegal System DLL Relocation when running the Javelin IDE this is due to a recent Windows Update which uses resources allocated to another system resource required by the Javelin IDE.· Microsoft is aware of the problem and has released a fix at the following link.· Take care.
