Prop to a laser

I am looking for a cheap known source of 532 nm lasers in the 125mw to 1.5w range in pen or dpss box size.··I want to try interfacing the prop chip to it and xy laser scanner box that has 1x and 1y galvo's in it.·The scanner box has·the name of Industrial·Fiber Optics on it and bought for over·300. us$ about a 1.5 years ago. I want the prop chip to control the laser off/on and the little scanner box. All I need now is a good known resource for a laser. I saw a thread once in this forum but can't find it again. So could someone·point me the right direction?

I think the best but maybe not the easiest is eBay. There is always a large source of lasers on their new and used. Sometimes its hit and miss but if you don't mind waiting a little you might be able to find a good deal on one.
