I need some ideas for assembling various SMT boards on a regular basis. I ran some numbers with Screaming Circuits and it was extremely high.

Anyone know a source for limited runs that are reasonable?

BatchPCB by Sparkfun is the cheapest I've found--if you've got time. You have to submit Gerbers, so you'll need software... see their website; well documented and the forum is well attended.

If you've ever used ExpressPCB, and like their software, then take a look at Diptrace... Free trial won't export Gerbers, but for 79USD you can get a "hobby friendly" version--also well documented at their website and, again, the forum is moderated for fast help.

Edit: Reread post. Missed the assembly request first time through. I beleive they offer the service thru Phonix(?) also resonable, but untried.

I have ordered PCB's from Express PCB before. I would also highly recomend them.

Thanks fellows, I use PCB express all the time, but am specifically looking for SMT assembly solutions, sorry I posted that incorrectly, I will change the post now.

I am setup to do reflow, with stencil printer, lasered mylar stencil method, oven etc, and it is no problem to do it, I want to remove myself from the hands on.
