Illegal System DLL Relocation

FYI, after installing the latest patch for the animated cursor vulnerability on Windowns XP (issued this past tuesday), you will get this error message "The system DLL user32.dll was relocated in memory. The application will not run properly. The relocation..." and infact it is correct, the IDE wont run. The patch that breaks it is KB925902 I just removed it from my computers and it works again. The attached jpg will show you the entire message.

Microsoft had a patch for this yesterday. I'm at work and can't lookup the URL, but if you google the message, it will point you to a fix for the patch.
