We are looking for some continuous rotation servos in the 150rpm range.· I have searched the internet for some but have not found anything so far.· If anyone knows a good place to purchase something like I described, PLEASE let me know.· Thanks

Just a pair of gears will get you nearly any RPM you want from almost any R/C servo. Check ServoCity they have various gears made specifically for R/C servos.

Most servos are rated for time to turn 60degrees, so doing some math it comes out to about .06s/60degrees to get 150 rpm. This servo could do that www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti0001p?&I=LXFZP1 but its $110 and digitial. I don't know if digitial servos can be modified for continuous rotation or not. You might be better off going with a DC motor, or you could change the servo gears in a standard servo but you'll lose a lot of torque.

I think a gearhead motor combined with a simple motor control IC like the LM18200 or LM18201 can give more options at a lower price.... just my 2 cents.. smile.gif
