No serial service for bluetooth connection with Boe-Bot

I am trying to setup my bluetooth to communicate with my boe-bot but I am getting a service error message that says access denied.· I get as far as pairing up my laptop and the BT. But when I check the COM Port tab in the bluetooth setting I only see an incoming direction and no outgoing serial service.· Please Help!

I read through word for word and followed instructions. I am not sure how it all works but it did when I was finnished.
