there is a simple way to connect
a onewire master device to propeller ?
(it seems the 1wire object acts as a master too)

    You would have to write your own I/O routines to do so. The Propeller is capable of handling it, but no one has done the programming.

    There is a 1-wire module in the object exchange, I only use slave devices so I don't know if it handles master devices.

    The same way as reading positive temperature. The data returned indicates if positive or negative. Have a read of the DS18B20 datasheet.
