Hi all newcomer to this forum, hope i'm posting in the right section.
I have just received a PINK kit from Parallax and it shows as connected in the IPsetup software's select a unit window ie green ethernet symbol.
problem i'm having is calling up any of the pages as in the instructions downloaded from the parallax website such as http://my pinks ip address/nb_factory.htm or the vv_show.htm page or even seeing ftp pages from my browser all those addresses come back with a webpage not found.
seems the only page that displays is a netburner config page index.htm, this is different to the one shown in the instructions which has the parallax logo aswell as the netburner logo mine has just the netburner logo and the configuration settings below.
I'm wondering if the PINK i've been sent·has not been pre-loaded with the parallax·webpages therefore i'm unable to access any of them also what's worrying is that typing ftp://my·pinks ip address/·brings up a webpage not found also, so how would i be able to upload any webpages to the PINK?
Is this where the Autoupdate software on the PINK CD would come in? if so where could i get the necessary files to make my PINK module a Parallax version?
