How do I hook up a thermistor to a BS2?

Greetings,
I purchased three Parallax thermistors to connect to my BS2. Either they didn't come with documentation or I lost the documentation. So I have these three thermistors (red and black wires with the thermistor on the end, coated in what looks like heat-shrink tubing.)

Anyone know how I should·hook them up and what the coding is for the BS2 to recognize the input? I need to have all three thermistors being read.

I wonder if they are thermistors, or the AD592 integrated circuit sensor? If the latter, there is in fact documentation at the URL Stephen pointed out.
