VTI Sensor Language???? Anyone have a clue?

Ok....I'll admit....I'm not a guru when it comes to programming....but I have yet to figure this one out.

I would like to know what the following table under Activation Code·represents.

I don't understand the syntax of "0x0A"

Someone help me out.

    In PBASIC-speak 0x0A translates to $0A. "0x" is just another prefix for "hexadecimal".

    I was quite confused....I haven't seen it written that way.
