I have a universal charger made by Maha - MH-C777Plus-II. You should be able to find this with a websearch. It requires an external "wall-wart" up to 24V depending on the highest voltage battery you want to charge. Yours looks like a 12V NiCd or NiMH battery pack and you'll need probably 18V for the charger. The charger's documentation discusses the minimum voltage needed.
I use a Astroflight 112D for all of my Nicad or NiMh battery packs.. It might be a bit over kill for your needs. But it is a really nice charger/discharger and it runs on 12VDC.·It fixes dead batteries and removes the memory effect.
