BS2 - one wire - http ?

I have a Dallas one wire weather station I would like to network to a remote server. I need to get the info from the station (one wire) format it into a string (this part I can do) and connect to an http server with a string like "http://www.whereever.com/some_data_here" and it will update the info on the server for my location. I need help with the one wire and the http part. Can the pink send the data or do I need something else?
