Someone on the yahoo group expressed the wish for a more fancy IDE.
Since there are commandline tools I decided to try out the Crimson Editor
http://www.crimsoneditor.com/
I installed the commandline tools in c:\
These are in the zip.
After installing the Crimson Editor
load the crimson tool configuration file javelin.cmd
It goes into the Crimson Tools subfolder
In my setup the Javelin IDE is installed in C:\javelin
You need to change the path in the tool configuration
if you use another folder.
There are 5 tools installed
Javelin Compile - compile a class
Javelin Link - link a program (creates jem file)
Javelin Program - link and download to javelin
Javelin Download - download jem file to javelin
Javelin Debug - opens the JideWinTerminal program to display JIDE messages
Edit:
You might need JideRuntime.zip
unzip in windows\system32 folder
Enjoy
