Programming DS 1302 with Basic Stamp

Hi, i am trying to program the Basic stamp to collect data every 5mins at the beginning of the hour. I can't seem to get the DS 1302 (Real-time clock to function). Could anyone offer me advice on how to program the chips. Please!!!!!

    I am attaching a program for the DS1302 and the Basic Stamp BS2.· You will have to change the pin assignment to match your setup.
