cheap methane gas sensor to interface with a microcontroller

This might be the weirdest request. I want a cheap methane sensor for use in the bathroom. The idea is to turn on a fan when detected, and off with it down to normal levels. I currently have a stamp, but will probably port it over to a sx, just because their cheap enough to throw anywhere. I'd also add two humidity sensors, one in and one out of the bathroom to turn on the same fan when the humidity difference is high.
