Martin,
I am presuming you will read this. My appologies if this is not the proper place to ask this question. Some time ago I asked how to add columns to StampDaq. I recieved a reply from you that worked perfectly, however I don't know what I did with the information and now I would like to add another column. I have searched the Parallax forums and can not find it. Could you possibly post it again or email me directly? I am also curious as to your progress on the updated version.·StampDaq is a great add on. Thanks.

Use Tools-->Macro-->Visual Basic Editor, then open the Form and double-click on it.
Look through the code and you wil see a section that places data in columns A to J. Simply duplicate and modify for colum K. The new version does something more sophisticated to acheive the same result.
The updated version is complete (I think, submitted yesterday), and will allow 26 columns of data, time since reset, and other goodies. Parallax should be posting/announcing soon.
Hope this helps,
Martin

Especially for the quick response. How do you respond to so many questions on this forum, do your work at the university, do projects like StampDaq and goodness knows what else? I am not looking for an answer just commending you on your abilities and willingness to share. I will be looking forward to the new version of StampDaq. I will make the changes as it worked for me quite well before but it does make me nervous to change someone elses code.
Thanks again.
Randy
Glad I could help, thanks much! As I mentioned to Ken Gracey the other night when I submitted the software for their review, I try my best to complete at least 10% of things I want/offer to do... Which reminds me, there's a few apologies I owe for things I didn't pull off.. like a Propeller text... * sigh *.

I see that Parallax has released PLX-DAQ, the replacement for StampDAQ. Enjoy!
