Problems with online ordering

I've been trying to order some qfp propeller chips for two days now and the ordering system won't work. Ive tried this on an XP machine with firefox and IE, and I have tried on a macintosh using safari and firefox. I can add items to the cart and I can view the cart but when select checkout ( which directs to https://secure.parallax.com/ssl/process_order.asp ) I get the following message:

The page cannot be displayed
There is a problem with the page you are trying to reach and it cannot be displayed.

Please try the following:

    * Click the Refresh button, or try again later; it does not normally take a long time for an application to restart.
    * Open the secure.parallax.com home page, and then look for links to the information you want.
