hey guys, Just figured out, the black wire is Negative, Yellow is Positive, what is the Green wire for. Is it some kind of singal for hi or low....but how do I control the fan from a BS2. The high does not works, as it only gives out 3Volts to the fan, do I have to attach a transistor to it.

You will need to switch the fan with a transistor or mosfet controlled by the stamp and connected to 12v. (the mosfet/transistor, not the stamp) The other wire is a tach signal from the fan so the powering device can tell at what speed it is spinning. You could use this with the stamp.
