We are making a weather balloon for a class project at Ozarks Technical Community College. We are using the BS2 and need a way to record altitude up to 100,000 ft. Any ideas??

Try googling altimeters for ideas about available products and range of features and functionality.
The MPX4115 is often used with Basic Stamps and other micro controllers as a sensor for atmospheric pressure. It costs about $20 and is not always easy to find in single quantities. I got one off E-Bay. Here is one example of using it with a Basic Stamp:
Sparkfun has a pressure sensor on a breakout board, but it looks like it only is good to 9000 meters. Have you considered a GPS. That would give you latitude and location.
