pulsin readings....do they round up/down?

Hi guys,
I have to write up a report on the accelerometer I put in at work. I'm trying to remember what the heck I did!! haha
Anyhow, I'm looking at the calculations and am wondering if I'm missing data.
In the Pulsin command, wrt BS2, it's in 2uS steps.
So lets say I have a pulse that is 19.5uS long. What will Pulsin give me back? 9 or 10?
I assume 10 as it's already gone passed the 18uS start point...but just want to be sure!
