······· i have heard about a project done by laura wong, using bs2 ping))sensor.
·this has a gui made in matlab,if any body has any information about source code ,and hardware please write to me.

    I have a large project done by Laura Wong using a BOE-Bot, an SRF-04 Ultrasonic Sensor (which pre-dates the PING)) ), and a number of other sensors. The goal of the project was robotic mapping in a confined area.

    If this os what you want, let me know. It's a rather large PDF file.

    i was wondering whether the software of parallax can make a mapping by using the ping sensor?? if yes, how?? is there an attachement to be made?? please help if possible... [noparse]:([/noparse]

    Take a look at http://forums.parallax.com/showthread.php?p=590115 for a simple Ping based 'radar' using a servo, bs2, ping, and the stamp debug terminal.
