allelectronics.com has the JS-6 which is the Vex robotics controller/transmitter and receiver for only $29.95.
That's six channels. I'm not sure how hard it would be to interface the receiver but I'm betting it's pretty
trivial. And that's a great price.
Just in case anyone's building a remote-controlled Propeller thingie.
