Propeller Tool on ME?

I'm trying to install Propeller Tool on my ME (which also has the Basic Stamp Editor), but it keeps saying the software isn't compatible. Is ME the same as Windows 2000?

    No, Windows ME is more like Windows 98SE. The Propeller Tool is not compatible with ME.

    Nope, not the same. Windows ME is expanded version of Windows 98.

    Windows 2000 is an expanded version of Windows NT

    There based on two different sets of code.

    Or one could say that ME was a downgrade from W98 SE...
