GPS data output

Hello guys, I'm currently trying to see if i can interface a GPS receiver (Garmin unit that outputs NMEA serially) to a Basic Stamp 2 oem module.. then the module would send the data bits to a FPGA spartan 3 board for further processing.

I was wondering if there is a program written for this already.· i've only seen the GPS datalogging...

ok thanks guys.· The FPGA has the capability to do serial interfacing as well.
