I pre-ordered the protoboard and specified that I might want to add the parts kit as well(It was not on the site when I ordered). I later e-mailed support that I did want it on my order and they said it would come to around 40 something(I forget now) I got my board yesterday as well as my bosses board I ordered for his project, but no parts.
I checked my account, and I was not billed for one either.
I was hopeing I could get them both with one shipping charge, but.....
I got to say though, This is one pretty Board. Too bad I have to solder on it

Did you contact Support or Sales? Support wouldn’t be able to add that or give you pricing. I would e-mail our Sales Dept. (sales@parallax.com) and see what happened.
